After picking up clay for this summer, Adrienne and I stopped by and painted outdoors at the Laurel Ridge Foundation daffodil park in Litchfield. The grounds and the daffs are spectacular… worth getting the group together and going….

it looks like Spring and like you had great fun…really pretty.
I did send you an email earlier in the week with a painting to post…you may have missed it. It’s not a problem at all, I just didn’t want you to think I was abandoning you since I didn’t post last week.
Susan, just gorgeous, the tree is amazing, the colors of the daffs are expressed beautifully , did you use the palette knife ? This is a definite wow!!

It looks like a beautiful spot. I love the way you did the tree.
I can’t believe you had the chance to do that. The daffy are beautiful,
I knew it was the NW corner!!! I love it all, the daffy are so happy! The big tree has so much character, he seems very welcoming!
What a great job you did with this. Your colors are spectacular and the brush strokes too.

Shar, I’m so sorry I missed it. I’ll post it today. I knew you were away and figured you hadn’t had the chance….
Just lovely…really like the thick paint in many parts. Great composition.
