Collage using scrap book paper, found paper, and some that I painted.Once a month I’ve planned to meet with some of the people from the pastel class I took, as a way to inspire each other to stick with it. Both media are wonderful so at this point, I don’t have a favorite, even though I’m more comfortable with watercolor.
Attached is one of my most recent pieces from class. I’m learning new things and even practicing in between class! Life is good.
Beautiful drawing and paint techniques. The boat drew me in and then the distant trees caught my attention. The design keeps my eye moving all around the image. Really wonderful!
This is really lovely, soft and loose and inviting.
