I returned from Monhegan last night and just getting off the couch now. It was a really great workshop and we all worked hard. (note: I received this note and the photos yesterday. It looks like Margaret had a great workshop! We can all enjoy it vicariously!)

I believe my challenge was ‘finding the shapes’ this is how I have been learning to draw but have not had a chance to get out to paint all summer.these are from my Saturday drawing group. Hopefully soon.

This is from a picture of the Scarborough marsh.The clouds were extremely boring and overworked so I grabbed leftover paint with my gloved hand and smooshed it around. I kind of like it but I will do more once it dries a bit.
