Love the simplification of the top one with the shapes and pieces telling a story and the light on the figure.

These are both really interesting and very different from each other. I love your use of values to create form in the top one. The bottom one is all about texture. Both are really cool!
Piper these are great and so very different. The top one I’m super impressed with your shapes, particularly on the tops of the leg & arm and how the light brings them out. Nicely done.
The flower I see you did many knife marks to achieve the textured effect and it works well. Nice color choices from the center to the background.
While these two have a lot of difference in the application of paint, the shapes are really well done in both of them. Big strong design and big shapes broken down into interesting smaller shapes… Way to go Piper!
I really like the graphic feeling of this. You’ve done the shapes so well…large and small, and left details out which adds to its impact. I’ll bet you had fun painting the flower! It’s great that you are exploring different directions.
The figure painting is wonderful and captured her gesture so well. I love the shapes and subtle colors. The flower is so happy!
