This is a bit wonky, but I’ve been wanting to try an abstracted background with a still life of sorts. I was inspired a bit by a painting on Pinterest for the background.

I love this! Very beautiful, with either a wonky vase or a vase with a fabric drape at the side. Either way works. I also love the branch lines extending up. So elegant!
Beautiful soft colors and shapes! I too love the way you extended the line, around and up. It gives the piece a floating, three dimensional feel.

This is so lovely. The background works so nicely with the flowers and vase. I love how the flowers feel delicate and transparent, yet solid.
I’m loving all the movement in the flowers and branches, the colors are gorgeous together! Are you using oil pastels for the branches and line forms around the vase? So pretty!
