What a happy horse in that lush field! You gave him just enough detail, but the soft edges are nice. I would love to be in that house! A great spot for viewing , I’m sure. You got a good feeling of distance in the snowy space, and trees almost fading away.
I agree with all of the above. Two diverse subjects, both really charming. Your house with the Northern Lights really grabbed me. How I would love to see that in person! Really beautiful!
What a perky little horse… I think he was modeling. He is giving the viewer the eye. The water soluble pastels look like they’re fun to work with. You have nice fresh line in places and are able to soften edges at will. This piece makes me want to try them!

I agree that looks like a happy horse.
The northern lights are wonderful, they have that wavy feeling that I see in pictures of them.

Your colors are soft and pleasant to look at. It would be nice to be in that warm house looking out onto the colorful northern lights.

These are both so fresh and appealing. Lots of energy and movement in #1 and i really think the composition and colors in #2 are great.
These are wonderful, and express overall contentment, especially the horse, resting in a field of flowers. The Northern lights is so pretty.
