Rose, I have been SUPER impressed with ALL your paintings over these past few weeks. Going back to last week, I still can’t get over the house you did with the yellow awning. You are having “a blast” and it shows.

Rose these are all so beautiful. The brushwork is lush and expressive! My favorite is the tent, #3. I love the way you’ve captured the folds and drape of the fabric and your warms and cools…the rich darks. It has it all. I know you are doing copies… but It has to be challenging to get the feel of the artist. You are doing it well!

The tent is wonderful and my favorite painting… the primitive tent and wilderness around it is captivating!
You are obviously having fun doing this. I marvel at your ability to do this as I look at the complexity of the paintings…I can’t imagine doing it in water color. I imagine you’re also learning a lot. A great challenge!
