#1. I took a photo of Roo looking out the porch window which happened to have a little angel in the background!

I love the way her eye is shown in the first one. I’ve seen my cats’ eyes look like that, and you caught it perfectly. The little angel must be her guardian. You also got the silhouette of bath time in the window just right. I can see the shoulder blade and structure of the body in this. They do get into impossible positions at times! They are both delicate and beautiful.
I think your cat in the window is special. At first glance I was drawn to the elegant curves in her silhouette. Then, as Rose said, the soft suggestion of the curtains creates a quiet movement as she gently licks.. It tells the story of a moment. Superb!
These are amazing! As I look at them I wonder how you get the fur to look so realistic. It looks like it must take hours of patient observance and drawing. My! How different we all are in our art!
Linda your drawing skills are just outstanding. I feel how soft fluffy and warm your cat is in the first drawing and the second drawing is so cool. The way the light comes in through the window and how the curtains are so translucent with the cat in a dark shadow perched the windowsill. How do you do that?!!

Your drawings are absolutely amazing. I love both of them but I feel each one has a mischievous story to tell
I love both these drawings, of course! I am especially drawn to 2. There’s something about the hint of window and curtains, it’s just perfect.

I love the expression on Roos face in the first one and the silhouette on the second one with the beautiful lines is wonderful.
