I think I used up my creative energy last week but spent an hour today reworking the flowers from the porch at camp. I’m not thrilled with it and could work on it for a long time but I tried not to do that! Miss you all, love, Margaret. ps. The second painting is the original.

I love the luscious colors in juxtaposition in this painting. The midtowns are so rich, and your grays show them off wonderfully. These dahlias are lucky ladies!
I can picture being at camp and enjoying the flowers, thanks for sharing.

I was only able to see the first painting, but it’s lovely. The fallen petal caught my eye!

I’d be very happy with these! They’re loose and lovely. I keep noticing the flowers and then the background color that enhances them. The fabric at bottom right adds weight and elegance. Really beautiful!
