Time to move on, maybe. Tombows have been my Go-To for a while now so with our challenge I’m going to venture into Gouache. I’m not fully understanding the process at the moment but I’ve read and been told there’s less EQUIPMENT TO CARRY. That in itself makes life easier. I want to get back into the oils but that won’t happen until the cold weather comes and I can set up still life’s, that takes more time, for me at any rate. This will all be an experiment so let’s see where we begin and end. I wish you all good luck with whatever your challenges are. Looking forward to seeing all of our progress in 6 weeks time.
I commend you again for all that you’ve created with the Tombows. I’m sure the gouache will be equally if not more exciting and successful, looking forward to seeing them.

This is great! You’ve achieved so much with the tombows-I look forward to seeing what you do with the gouache.
I’m sure you will find gouache and oil so much easier than tombows. You have done some amazing paintings with them! Have a beautiful summer. I know this one will be tough but hopefully y0ur art will help. Much love….
Your painting seems to express the far reaching, expansive possibilities of a new medium! I’m looking forward to seeing them. Your tombows paintings are incredible and gouache will be fun! I agree with the equipment bonus. That’s why I love pencil drawings!
I love this big beautiful sky Adrienne! It feels like a big fresh gulp of clean air in the sunshine! I like your challenge. I have heard of gouache but know nothing about it. If it means less things to carry, that sounds very appealing to me! I hope you have a fun and happy summer!
