I love this style. Each one is clearly your work but with an interesting difference. I’m really drawn to the negative spaces in this figure. They describe her form beautifully.

Are you using a palette knife? Cold wax lends itself to abstract work, but you’ve adapted it so well to figurative work. It can’t be easy! Your shapes and color keep the eye moving. Are you liking working with cold wax?
The feeling of the figure is there and is just so interesting with the textures and intense palette.

Love how your getting all the different color piece’s and shapes, putting them side by side and coming up with very interesting,
pleasing works.

This is so interesting and your unique colors show with the cold wax. I’d love to learn more about your process

I am liking it, but am really just learning about the process. I’m using mostly squeegees, palette knife, brayers and an occasional brush.
Oh Susan, these are just so beautiful! They are like kaleidoscopes.
