1. Collage. I found the little red piece when I was sorting my papers. I really loved it, so built the rest of the collage around it. The white/gold flowers are from the papers I made at the beginning of the 30/30.

2. Mixed media with mixed colors. I couldn’t decide, so just put down a variety and went from there.

3. Mixed media, mostly earth tones with red.
Wow, These are all very striking and also a good reminder about how a mat or frame can really help to hold the work. I like them all.

My favorite is the first. The B&W and just enough red to give it life. I see a face on the left looking over to the flowers.
These are all so interesting, but #2 is my fav. I like the way the colors mingle, the blue looks like it’s dripping. So much going on…
I particularly love the delicious color in #2, but my favorite is #1. The design is strong and interesting with all those unusual textures. The red ribbon, dot and blossom dance my eye around.
The black, white and red really draws me in. I feels nostalgic for some reason
#1 is my favorite. In fact I saw your post on facebook and wanted to ask if you made the collage from real flowers? Your composition is so strong with such wonderful contrast in your use of shapes. Really beautiful!!! I also like #3. You’re really doing great things with collage…very inspiring!
These are fantastic!
They are all incredible but the one on the 23rd and #3 this week captures my attention. I love the softness of the paint that looks like a water based paint. Your feature one this week is stunning! I see butterflies and fairies dancing in the night.
