This is a drawing I copied from a 1927 children’s book, “The Home University Bookshelf vol 1 Fun and thought for little folk”. My great aunt was a 1st grade school teacher and used to read to me from her wonderful books. I did 2 drawings and sent one original

Such a sweet face on both the girl and the cat. Love her eyes and puckered lips. I can almost hear the cat purring with contentment.
