Just more fooling around…the color didn’t photograph very well. Will take out my oils soon to get ready for painting in Maine.

You get such interesting texture and surface. I feel an ancient earthiness in this one. Quiet beauty,,,,
I also like the texture on this. Your mauves/purples are always pleasing. My eye goes straight to the 3 center silver-green pieces in the center. You might want to get back into the oils after Maine.

I agree with the above. I like the definite focal area. The yellow bits to the right of it lead me out, around, and back again. Lovely earthy colors.
As Deb pointed out I also feel like the little pieces of yellow really keep me bringing me back.
