   This is such a Cape subject… and I love the way you portrayed it. Those boats nestled in the grass tell the story. I love the varied shapes… particularly the light beige hull. They all point me to the beautiful day ahead… just like your initial inspiration! Yes!

   End of summer….I can feel it thru this one….l really like how the overturned boats in the foreground lead you into the picture.

   I also feel like the end of summer with the boats inland waiting to see if they will have one last time on the water this season.

   I too like the way the boats lead you into the painting. The green grass shapes lead you eye around the painting very effectively.
