1.My goal was to plan, think and execute but it was a zig zag path. Every time I used the reference photo things went awry and I began putting in too many details. The compositional sketch was really helpful even though I almost never take the time to do. I’m not done but it got too sloppy and I need it drier before I get into white. The app I use for drawing is ‘grid painter’.2.3.4.5.6.

Love the shapes you have in the foreground…no two alike. Through your process you seem to always end up with an excellent painting. Lots of thought goes into these, for sure. They are always lovely!

I could only bring up 1, but It’s wonderful! It is peaceful yet stirring. I love the stillness you have captured.
