The blue, green and brown jug is my favorite…..Really like your drawings…
Nicely done. I also like the jug. For whatever reason besides the lovely blue & green I’m drawn to that “humble shadow.
That jug is saying’ solid and ceramic’ with how you put just the right amount of accent!
I agree! Wonderful job on the jug. The glaze glistens on it. Also, the leaves on your paintings have personality-I get a feeling of smooth and lush on one and crisp on the other.
I agree that the jug is beautiful. My favorite for the week, however, is #2. I love the way you’ve created very distinct shapes, each colorful and interesting and related them to each other. The poster like shapes remind me of a Cezanne. All those green fronds seem to embrace the vase, saying lookey here, this is my friend, the star of the painting!
I also agree that the jug is striking. I especially like the way you’ve treated the green..going from mottled to faded to more faded. Really nice!
My favorite is #3. The trees and especially the sun are just so wonderful! It’s so alive!
The jug is really nice. I keep being drawn back to the landscape, the design and feeling of life coming through and on the snow with warmth of the orangey red.
