   Love those big articulate pieces of paint. You’ve simplified those shapes of color highlighting his face beautifully. I look forward to where you go, but I’m happy with it right now! When is a painting finished?

   I like those large confident shapes. It may be your underpainting, but I really like the way you use colors (violet) that one wouldn’t expect. I look forward to the end result.
