Haha I wish you hadn’t said a ‘seahorse reading the paper’ now that’s all I see 🫣I thought more of a Gustav Klimt woman emerging from the background. I love how you’re exploring and pushing things
I get a feeling of something frozen in time. I agree with Lynda… the right hand marks give it an Asian feel to me too. The strong vertical in the center with gold horizontal and falling building to the right, make me think of the break up of a Dynasty. It’s funny what our little minds can read into things. Go Deb!
It is funny how the mind works. I see a broken heart but soon to be healed. I like the rich colors, they pop so well against the background.

I love the contrast of the large shapes on the left and the smaller ones on the right. Also the contrast of pattern and solid colors…also the softness of the background in contrast to the harder edges of the focal point. This is great, Deb…i love it!
I get a feeling of things coming apart and floating. Like putting a piece of paper in water.

I see a seahorse reading the paper! Love it! The five circles give it an Asian feeling, sort of a signature
I love your comment! I see the seahorse now too!
