This sounds like a perfect approach for you. I love the result you got. The little sparkles (angels?) are delightful!
This reads LES all over. Loose, wonderful colors. This has more then that, in-depth thoughts and emotions.
I love the explosion of color and line. It make my eye wander around finding images and moving foreground to background. It seems you’ve been headed in this direction for a while. How did it feel to you working in acrylic and working in layers? The results are striking.
For this particular kind of work the acrylic is the best way to go. I’m still not a fan of acrylic in general but I might change my mind if I work enough with it!
