This a watercolor I did for my aunt Lorraine awhile back… tomatoes that she had canned probably right around this time of year. You may actually remember her, for we painted her several years ago. She lived on Raymond road in South Glastonbury. She sat knitting with her cat nearby.

I don’t think I was there, but those tomatoes look delicious! You did the glass jars so we’ll I can almost touch them.

Ditto to what everyone said. I especially like the attention to detail as in the seeds in the tomatoes. How nice to have this as a fond memory.
