This is really strong, Les. It really evokes emotion and energy. The white was a really good way of showing the desolation (to me) of the trees. I also like the darks around the orange.
It’s very striking with the white added. And I don’t know how you did the fire, but it’s very effective!
I agree with Sharon and Deb, I think the limited pallet and stark foreground are very effective
A agree with all three above. The drama of the deep blues in the foreground to the hot oranges make you feel the heat of the fire. The white to me accentuates the wildness of the branches in the face of the fire.
