   Ads, I love the fresh colors and brisk textures in this. The cool sky and cool blues against those warm oranges give it the feeling of a crisp, clear autumn day. Nice simplification of a complex scene.

   You’ve been doing some really complex scenes lately…very effectively too. I can’t figure out if they are done with a palette knife or not. You’ve got such nice color changes in The trees.

   I’m in the mountains now and we drive along the river to get here. I always contemplate how to capture that scene and you have done just that. Great colors and composition!
