I took a day off so thought I would send this. Its a redo of the 36×36 painting which was hanging in the kitchen area. That one was never really finished and I never liked it. I did this while doing smaller ones for the 30/30. It was a real challenge doing a large painting…so different.

Sharon,
I have enjoyed seeing you do landscapes. This most recent posting is lovely and I wish I were there right now instead of under 18 inches of snow!
This one is my favorite for the week. My eye wanders around from one beautiful collection of color to the next. My eye wants to linger… kind of a dreamy feeling.
There’s not one that I can say is my “favorite.” I love your colors and the thickness that you do with your flower petals.
I agree that going big will take some doing – for me anyway. Doing the 30/30, I’ve gotten comfortable with small.

I always love your flowers! My favorite this week is your quick little flower study…. The swirly paint is just luscious!!!
