Here’s another from atelier dojo last Saturday. It’s still way off but I have spent way too much time on her! I want to get out to paint my lilacs next. Look forward to seeing what you have been up to. Thanks and have a nice Memorial Day!

She’s lovely. I get a wistful mood from her. I don’t think she needs another thing. Enjoy the lilacs!
Really nice Margaret. I love the lost and found edges… That gorgeously painted lower lip draws my eyesight in. She looks like she wants to say something to me.
I like your color tones and your strokes. Wonderful eyes & lips. She’s beautiful as she is.
Can’t wait to see your lilacs. Mine have been gone for a week now and the Rhododendrons are in full bloom.
What a challenge doing portraits is Your’s seem to have a universal appeal…something one would enjoy for it’s artistic sake, not just for who it is…if that makes sense.

She is beautifully painted. Your brushwork suggests the perfect amount of detail, but not too much. So hard to know when to stop.
Really beautiful, I like the feeling, makes me want to keep looking and wondering what she is thinking.
