   This is fantastic. The flowers are complex in places and just dashes of color in others. Great values too.

   Hi Margaret, the colors and shading of the flowers are so beautiful , I love the fullness of the painting ,as well as the lights and darks of the background .

   Margaret… this is a festival of beautiful color and shapes. It works well as flowers and would work as an abstract as well. Those rich darks really make things pop. Love it!

   This is great,Margaret. Just enough detail and interesting color variation on the flowers. The dark background on the bottom really sets the flowers off.

   The darks and lights and brush strokes are great, I light to keep looking at it. It’s juicy.

   Thank you for your feedback ! One thing I have learned from studying classical painting is the darks are as important as the lights. When something doesn’t work for me dropping in some darks really helps

   Margaret, this is so pleasant to look at. The colors are festive & fun, the shapes, values, varying colors, lights/darks are all so nicely done.
