This is a little 8×8 oil and cold wax and collage …supposed to be flowers but not look too much like them.  The collage is really just the darker blue.

These are two studies using subtle contrast for a “second look”.  I could only manage a series of two..used cold wax, collage and a little mark making.  The idea is that you have contrast which draws you for a first look and then do subtle contrast when you lookup...
