This is a 24×36 acrylic. I think it’s finished? I will put it away and try not to look at it for a while. You really need to have patience as an artist I’m learning

I have no idea where all of the tiny cell like shapes came into this painting (you can see them if you zoom in). I used a spray bottle, acrylic paint, and coffee grinds, but can’t seem to reproduce the same effect 🤯

Here is a new abstract painting I’m working on. The parts I really like are the areas peaking out from under multiple layers of paint. I had so much fun working on this, especially using my power sander on it! I like the glazed layers that seem to glow a bit. Not sure...
