I had a rough day so no creativity but this is a painting of my mother from years ago. She loved looking at photo albums from times she could remember. I often wonder….without art and paintings…what will our ancestors know of us with this digital world?

I’m ready to get back into design and color but honestly I’m having a hard time since I have only been painting from pictures!!! Here’s a gouache study of a painting I have in mind but the design isn’t there yet. It’s the view from my camp.
