1.My goal was to plan, think and execute but it was a zig zag path. Every time I used the reference photo things went awry and I began putting in too many details. The compositional sketch was really helpful even though I almost never take the time to do. I’m not done...

1. I’m almost done with ‘Winter’ my sweet grand pup.Also started some quick sketches to get back into drawing. I put my afternoon tea water on , find a different chair and just draw anything until the water boils. It’s quite fun and no pressure! Have a creative week....

Working on this charcoal drawing for a class on George bellows. Quite challenging but fun! It’s getting too dark so I’ll wipe out some areas and the two figures on the left need redoing. #1 original George Bellows
