Les introduced me to a wonderful park in Portland that runs along the river.  I’ve been returning there to walk the labyrinth.  Afterwards I sit and do a sketch, and this is one of them!

This is little Marcel.  My sister, who rescues elderly dogs,  recently adopted him.  While shopping at the local vegetable market, I spotted the doggie bow ties and couldn’t resist buying one for Marcel!  Made this card to send with it. Now he can go steppin...

Abstract done at Susan’s.  Poured the background colors, blues and purples, sprayed water to blend, added gold, sprayed once again, then added the orange actually, twice. At one point, allowed it to dry in the sun.  Sprinkled salt at one point.     Scroll...
