More imaginary flowers. This is my favorite so far. They look almost real but not quite. I always seem to get one that wants to hang over the vase, so I let it.

Imaginary flowers. (From book by Sandrine Pelissier) Some of the original paint layer shows through in places, and the path the paint took while wet suggested the doily.

This is a watercolor study, mainly to learn how the paint reacts and to learn mark making. Paint pens and a fine liner were used for most of the embellishments.
