My attempt at empty glass jars. I put some colored paper under them like Carol Marine does in her paintings. I think I’ll try this again eventually, with different colors.

This is another color triad-yellow orange, blue green, red violet. I also massed in the petals and added a few shadows when they were dry. Trying to keep it simple.

This is from my sketchbook. The sketch had a watercolor wash of summer colors-mostly green. I tried changing the season, just for fun.
