This is a mixed media painting. It’s basically watercolor with marks in watercolor, paint pen, and acrylic. The corners that look embossed are acrylic paint mixed with extra heavy gel medium and scraped over a stencil with a palette knife.

This is a work in progress. I hope to have the finished paintings done by next week. I took a class on Skillshare on how to create a series of abstract pieces, and I’m about halfway through working on these.
