This is a sketchbook page. The style is called neurographic art. I saw someone do it on you tube. It’s used for art therapy, and I found it to be meditative. I used watercolor and paint pens, but I’d think you could use just about anything.

The magazine photo of grapes was the inspiration behind this one. I altered the photo a bit by cropping and painting over part of it.
