I did this drawing several years ago, and remembered how incredibly ‘joyful’ it  was so decided to send it along.   I had  snapped a photo of my young relatives one Easter and couldn’t resist drawing them.

As I was thinking about my”simple” challenge of joy, I had lots of thoughts, brushwork, colors, even subject matter.  Then I realized that just the act of painting gives me joy.  Hope it does for all of you too!
