This is the final pass so I’m done with this. It’s large 20 x 20 and went flying off my easel. I had to work on it on the floor standing up or on my knees which was quite fun ! Be well and stay warm.

Nice, with strong values. I feel warm and cold at the same time (like the snow is picking up some warm reflection from the sun)

This looks like the best of winter. Cold and crisp but soft and melty! I always feel like I’m visiting Maine with your paintings!
It’s beautiful. I really love the reflections.
However your approach was, on easel or on floor, it’s beautiful. From the clouds over the trees to the shadows in the water, very calm & peaceful.
I can feel the cold in the air and the brilliance of a winter day. The colors are beautifully rich… even the snow!
Margaret I just love your use of color in all the right places! From the blues in your sky to the pinks in the snow and the deep greens of your water, it’s all so beautiful! I would love to hang this on my wall! I hope it’s on yours!
