I love lilacs, and this is beautiful! Your massed in shapes still read like delicate flower clusters. Very lovely!

I love the thick juicy paint in these flowers and leaves. The simple way you painted the lilacs with big sweeps of color gives them shape and solidity in a compelling way. I can feel the light. Beautiful!
