Continuing to work on a larger palette! Things are coming together. I’ll have more ‘me’ time after the may 1 deadline! Working through this with young adults is an eye opener. I learned so much helping my father. Plaster patching, repairing the weights in old windows, plugging mouse holes and not being afraid to dive in and fix things. It’s rewarding to share some of those skills and seeing this great home coming together for my son and girlfriend after 5 years of trying to find ‘affordable’ housing!
Wow, what a wonderful project and it is great to be able to pull out those skills learned so long ago and remember how to use them.

What a great room! Looks very classic with that color scheme.
Looking fresh and clean. You should have taken before pictures so we could really appreciate all your hard work. I’m sure the kids do.
plenty of ‘before’ pictures! it was a bit discouraging but we’re almost there
It’s looking beautiful Margaret! I love the contrasting white woodwork with that soft green. Also, I could have used some of your wisdom in some of the houses I’ve lived in…still can. Plugging mouse holes… Yes!
Wow! I wish I were that handy! That home looks gorgeous! They are lucky to have your help. I hope you will share some of the before and after photos with us.
