
The candle gave me the challenge to keep up with it by just going with the flow. The result feels murky and more like it’s overflowing than melting yet accomplished in part, what I wanted- keep refocusing on the moment and see what evolves.

When I first looked at it, I saw a temple near the sea! There’s a sense of holiness and mystery! I love the colors.
I saw the candle, but now I see Lynda’s temple-with a cliff in the distance. I love your approach, and the mix of colors you achieved.
Very interesting, I’m looking at what others have observed and love that all our art is interpreted through the eyes of the observer. Great what we see.

I agree… Once you do a painting, you no longer own how it is seen. The observer brings their own eyes. I love the lava like swirls of wax as they ooze down… They make me want to feel the surface… like a sculpture.
