3. I’m still working on the violets. I’ve practiced with some other pieces in the hope of bringing my lessons learned to this.

This violet is so perky and happy. I like it the way it is. Those sketched blossoms set off the others and it’s nice to see your joyful drawing.
I love your vibrant violets and interesting greens. Your masses of violets make a strong composition. I think you are almost done as well.

I have a special love of violets. My grandmother raised them, and had a room filled with a variety of them growing under special lights. I enjoyed watching her tend to them.
I see your flower being honored and nurtured through the act of painting!
