The tree seems to be protecting the inlet…and watching the birds. Very nice!
The colors and texture of the trees are so interesting! I really like the painting. There is something mysterious about the landscape.
This has a fantasy feeling to me. The unusual texture and the way the values of the trees melt into the mountains make me feel like this is a special protected pool. The birds soaring overhead accent that sense of a special place, serene and removed.
