The buoys are a big winner this week. I love the composition and the way you have them go off the canvas and fade red into red at times creating depth. They make my eye dance!
The buoys are terrific but I’m drawn to the autumn tree painting. The golden leaves on the ground and in the tree is powerful, and the way the sky colors are reflected on the ground is really neat.
I think the boat just looks like the tide is pulling on it.
