This is from a picture of the Scarborough marsh.The clouds were extremely boring and overworked so I grabbed leftover paint with my gloved hand and smooshed it around. I kind of like it but I will do more once it dries a bit.

This is lovely. The thing I felt immediately was the I knew what the weather was. (I could be completely wrong, but…) it feels like one of those hot, airless days, and the wind has changed bringing those welcome, billowy clouds in.
Sounds like a great new technique, the clouds looks great.

What a beautiful convincing sky… The color interaction with those gorgeous yellow/oranges is striking!
