As Margaret said, she and I went out to the blueberry barrens last weekend. The colors were glorious and we had so much fun! I wish you all could have been with us. I did a casein study, and did this painting from that.

I love the arrows of color in the foreground pointing us toward the road and the path through those beautiful colors. The more muted background colors look like late afternoon to me. Head home down the road and enjoy the view.
