Nasturtiums and Delphinium… I’m having fun experimenting with the pastels on this (new for me) paper. This one was done with pastel and rubbing alcohal.

Love the softness, bright colors and the way they’re blended. When I first saw it I thought of an underwater scene. Lovely.

This has a wonderful delicacy. I agree with Les that it almost looks like a water scene. I think it’s the way the tendrils and blooms curl upward. It’s really lovely. I can see your style in it but the pastel makes subtle differences. Looks like you’re having fun experimenting.
What a beautiful painting! It has such depth and is so joyful. I can imagine the bees and butterflies stopping by, as well!
