This is a drawing from a photo of the courtyard at the Isabela Stuart Gardner museum . It was very overwhelming with all the detail so I just worked in pieces like a zentangle . It took a while but quite fun.

I love all the rhythms and textures in this. It seems to unify the whole, but keep your eye entertained as it wanders over the surface. I like the zentangle analogy.
