This was done with four monoprints on tissue layered on top of each other. I painted in the color areas afterward. The values are not good, and I don’t think I’ll use this process often, but it was interesting to try it.

I like the airy, wispy, feel of the layers
It’s a beautiful, delicate looking piece. The colors and textures create a lovely three dimensional feel… almost like they’re floating.
I love the colors, as well. It feels like a still, peaceful spot.
