Soooo…. My artistic effort this week was my flower garden. If you come up here in the Fall, you see it as a Dahlia garden. Dahlias don’t really do there stuff until August however, so it leaves room for two gardens. The Dahlias win the day in the end, but right now their only presence are the stakes!
That’s cool, maybe you can show the progress over the summer, that would be interesting, at least to me, since I’ve never had Dahlias.

Sorry for the delay… I didn’t see your question. I dug up the violas that spring up from last year.. rototill and then replant them. the white are angelonia. The border a mix of sun patients, a little verbena and some green low things plants.
Please post a photo when they bloom-I’d love to see what they look like.
Now we definitely need to have ‘dahlia day’ to paint those beauties. Thanks for posting. I will appreciate them even more when they bloom
