This week, I did a quick study of this tree, I had seen a while back. I had a cool photo of it and did a notan of it. Then, I just had fun with doing a quick painting!

Like your values in the sky & tree plus the thickness you have in your ground plane.
This has a Van Gogh kind of feeling to me. The motion in the sky and the thickness of the paint remind me of his work, but the design style is definitely yours. Very nice!!
The texture of the paint in the trees and ground with the feeling of the brushwork in the sky tell a story of the day.
